SMS and WhatsApp consent

18222916 Canada Inc. operates the Payzio service. This page explains the opt-in disclosure for account-verification and security messages. This page does not collect a phone number or record consent.

01

What the app asks

Before requesting a security code, the app must show an unchecked consent choice beside this disclosure:

“I agree to receive automated Payzio account-verification and security codes by SMS or WhatsApp at this number. Message frequency varies and is normally one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

The user enters their own number and actively selects the choice before requesting a code. A visit to this page does not opt anyone in.

02

Message purpose

These are requested account-verification and security messages, not marketing messages. Message frequency follows account security activity and is normally one message per request. A code message may read: “Payzio: Your verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Do not share this code. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” The number shown here is an example only.

03

Choices and support

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, email support@payzio.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
